These terms apply to private transfer services booked through heytaxi-ljubljana-airport.com or via WhatsApp/phone with Hey Taxi Ljubljana (Taksi Storitve Sadik Arslan S.P., Ljubljana, Slovenia). By making a booking you accept these terms.

1. The service

We provide pre-booked, private, door-to-door transfers within Slovenia and cross-border to Italy, Austria and Croatia. Every transfer is private — you never share the vehicle with other customers.

2. Booking and confirmation

• Bookings are made through the booking form on our website or via WhatsApp/phone.
• A booking made in the form is a firm booking: we confirm it by email and/or WhatsApp. If we cannot serve the requested time, we will tell you as soon as possible and propose an alternative.
• Please provide accurate pickup details, contact number and — for airport pickups — your flight number.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are fixed and agreed before the trip, per vehicle (up to 4 passengers), as shown in the booking form. No meter, no surge pricing.
• Payment is made directly to the driver at the end of the trip, in cash or by card. No prepayment is required.
• Motorway tolls and vignettes within Slovenia are included. For cross-border trips, foreign motorway/tunnel tolls vary by route and are added separately at the end of the trip — the driver informs you of the amount.

4. Airport pickups and waiting time

• For airport pickups we monitor your flight when a flight number is provided; if your flight is delayed, your pickup time is adjusted automatically.
• 60 minutes of free waiting time after actual landing is included for airport pickups. For other pickups, please be ready at the agreed time.

5. Cancellations and changes

We currently do not charge a fee for later cancellations either. However, if your plans change within the last 24 hours, we kindly ask you to let us know as early as you can — otherwise your driver may travel to the airport and wait for a passenger who will not arrive. Repeated no-shows without notice may lead us to decline future bookings.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide correct pickup, destination, passenger and luggage information. Significant changes (extra passengers, extra stops, different destination) may change the fixed price — always agreed with you before the trip continues.
• Child seats are available on request — please mention children and their ages when booking.
• Seat belts must be worn; the driver may refuse carriage to passengers behaving in an unsafe or abusive manner.

7. Delays and liability

We plan generous travel times, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, border controls or other events outside our control. For trips to catch a flight, we recommend booking with a comfortable time buffer — we are happy to advise the right pickup time for your route.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
