This Privacy Policy explains how Hey Taxi Ljubljana (operated by Taksi Storitve Sadik Arslan S.P., Ljubljana, Slovenia — the "data controller") collects and uses your personal data when you visit heytaxi-ljubljana-airport.com or book a transfer with us.

Booking data: when you book a transfer, we collect your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, number of passengers, flight number (optional) and any note you add.
Communication data: messages you send us via WhatsApp, email or phone.
Website usage data: we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

To confirm, organise and perform your transfer (performance of a contract) — including contacting you about pickup details and tracking your flight for delays.
